Agree the lines and levels
We review usage history with you, pick the lines that suit vendor managed replenishment and set min and max levels for each location.

Install bins and labels
Bin systems, Kanban cards and engineering consumable stations are installed and labelled with part numbers and barcodes so every location scans cleanly.

Scan on scheduled visits
Our representative walks the agreed route on a fixed cycle, scans each location, records what has moved and raises the replenishment order.

Deliver and put away
Stock is delivered and put away into the correct bins by us, so nothing is left in a box by the stores door.

Report and refine
Usage reports go back to you alongside the consolidated invoice, and we adjust levels as production volumes, shift patterns and equipment change.
