In these terms, "we", "us" and "Rowlec" mean Rowlec Limited, and "you" means anyone using this website.

By using the site you accept these terms. They apply to the website itself. They are not the terms on which we sell goods and services, which are covered separately below.

Using this website

This site is published for the information of businesses looking at what we supply and what we do. You may use it for that purpose and for your own internal business use. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• copy, extract or reuse the content in bulk, whether by hand or by automated means, for a commercial purpose of your own

Manufacturers change specifications and part numbers without notice, and photographs are illustrative, so the item supplied may differ in appearance or detail from an image on the site.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, and nothing on it forms part of a contract. Listing a product here is not a statement that we hold it in stock, that it is currently available, or that it is suitable for your application.

Suitability matters more than any listing. Please confirm the specification with us, and with the manufacturer's own documentation, before you order. That is particularly important where a part is safety related, load bearing, used in a hazardous area, or otherwise critical to the operation of your plant. We are happy to help you get it right, and would far rather have that conversation before an order than after one.

Quotations, pricing and availability

Any price, lead time or stock position shown on this site, or given in response to a website enquiry, is an indication and is subject to confirmation by us in writing. Prices exclude VAT and carriage unless we state otherwise.

Formal quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. They remain subject to availability at the time we receive your order, and to the prices and lead times applying at that point. Stock moves constantly and supply chains change, so we confirm both when we accept an order rather than when a page loads.

Where an obvious pricing or typographical error appears on the site or in a quotation, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price. We will tell you and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling.

Supply is subject to our conditions of sale

All goods and services we supply are sold under Rowlec's own conditions of sale, which are available on request and are supplied with our quotations and order acknowledgements. Those conditions govern the contract between us, including delivery, title and risk, payment terms, warranties, returns and liability.

If anything on this website conflicts with our conditions of sale, the conditions of sale take precedence. Our conditions also take precedence over any terms printed on or referred to in your purchase order, unless we have agreed otherwise with you in writing.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The design of this site, and the text, layout, graphics and photography we have created for it, belong to Rowlec or are used by us under licence. You may print or download extracts for your own internal business use. You may not reproduce or republish them elsewhere without our permission.

Manufacturer names, brand names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the products we supply and to help you find what you need. Their appearance on this site does not imply any endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or authorised distributor status unless we state that expressly.

Limitation of liability

We take care over what we publish here, but the content of this website is provided for general information. Availability and changes

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable while we carry out maintenance or because of something outside our control, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
