Survey and scope
We assess the current stores, the volume of transactions and the level of cover you need, then agree whether an on-site or off-site model fits best.

Design the stores
Layout, racking, bin sizes and location coding are planned around your usage patterns, with bespoke storage where standard shelving will not do.

Populate and label
Stock is cleansed, rationalised, relocated and labelled, with part numbers, min and max levels and barcodes applied to every location.

Run the operation
Our stores staff handle goods in, put away, issuing, booking out and returns, and raise replenishment as levels are reached.

Report and review
Agreed reports go to your engineering and finance teams, and we meet regularly to adjust levels, remove dead stock and refine the service.
